Acceptance

By using CraftCircle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use CraftCircle.

Content You Create

You own the content you post (patterns, photos, projects). By posting, you grant CraftCircle a license to display it within the app. You can delete your content at any time.

Marketplace

When you sell patterns on the CraftCircle Marketplace, you represent that you own or have rights to the content. CraftCircle processes payments via Stripe and takes a platform fee as disclosed at the time of listing.

Acceptable Use

Don't use CraftCircle to:

• Post content that infringes others' intellectual property
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Distribute spam or malware
• Misrepresent your identity

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Limitation of Liability

CraftCircle is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
